It was sooo appreciated! There were some computer glitches, so he walked me to my room and then came back with the key a short while later when the glitches cleared up. He was able to switch my shower only room to a bathtub/shower room helping me with my physical issues. The staff, facilities, and grounds are all fantastic! The gentleman at the front desk, Raul, went above and beyond during my check-in. I have to admit that I’m shocked that there are only two reviews for this excellent hotel.
